New Patient Registration

We are currently taking on new patients

We register patients living in E18 and IG8.

If you would like to register with us, either pick up a form from reception, or click here. Please bring completed forms to the surgery with photo identification i.e. a passport, photo driving licence or an EU identity card as well as proof of address - utility bill or bank/credit card statement from the last 4 months, government agency letters, higher education letter or a letter from a recognised employer. You WILL NOT be registered with the surgery until this process is completed satisfactorily.

Please note it can take up to 3 months for your paper records to be received from your old practice, but as most of your details will be transferred electronically, you will be able to access all of our services straight away.

You will be registered with the Practice but will be given a named GP. You are however free to see any of the GPs at the practice. We do recommend you try to see the same doctor on a regular basis for long-term problems.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
